These Product Specific Terms govern your use of YouCam Muse and are incorporated into the YouCam B2C Terms of Service located at https://www.perfectcorp.com/perfectbeauty/youcam/terms-of-service (these Product Specific Terms and the YouCam B2C Terms of Service are collectively referred to as the "YouCam Terms" or "Terms of Service"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the same meaning as those terms defined in the YouCam B2C Terms of Service.

Terms in this section apply to your use of our AI Tool(s). By using AI Tool, you expressly consent to Perfect's collection and use of your biometric information as defined in our Privacy Policy.

1.1 Your User Submission rights. You agree to be solely responsible for the User Submission you uploaded to AI Tool. You acknowledge that you have obtained consent, license and/or authorization for using User Submission in AI Tool.

1.2 Reviewing the input. Perfect will automatically moderate certain input prompts to identify and prevent prompts that might generate inappropriate content.

1.3 Perfect's use of User Submission and Outputted Content. Perfect may use User Submission and the content generated from User Submission by AI Tool ("Outputted Content") to improve your experience with AI Tool.

1.4 Your use of Outputted Content. You agree and accept that any use of the Outputted Content is at your own risk. You will not use Outputted Content or AI Tool in any way that may violate laws, regulations, Perfect's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, anyone's intellectual property (including but not limit to patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and other proprietary rights), privacy, publicity or other rights. You will not use AI Tool in any way which may lead to unlawful, harmful or not-safe-for-work (“NSFW”) Outputted Content. Subject to the terms of purchase options you select under these Terms of Service, you may use Outputted Content commercially if you are in compliance with above.

1.5 NSFW Prohibition. AI Tool is not intended to generate NSFW content. It is strictly prohibited for you to use AI Tool to generate or attempt to generate NSFW content by uploading and/or inputting explicit or improper User Submission. In any event the Outputted Content contains NSFW content which is generated as a result of your improper use of AI Tool, Perfect has the right to suspend or terminate your Account or the Service.

1.6 Malicious deep fake prohibition. When it comes to deep fake technology, it is strictly prohibited that you use the Outputted Content in a malicious and/or offensive way. You shall not use the Outputted Content in any way that might lead to portrait right infringement, defamation, violation of privacy, appropriation of personality, criminal code, and so on. You shall bear the full responsibility that occurs or may occur as a result of your misuse of the Outputted Content.

1.7 Change of your device or reinstallation of YouCam Muse. The Outputted Content retained on our server is associated with your account, regardless of the device you use or reinstallation. You may access the same Outputted Content from any device by logging into the same account.

1.8 No guarantee of performance. Due to the nature of AI technologies and the quality of your User Submission, the Outputted Content generated by AI Tool may vary from time to time. There is no guarantee that the Outputted Content is satisfying. It is possible that the Outputted Content might be inaccurate, offensive, harmful or otherwise inappropriate. You understand and agree that by using AI Tool, you may be exposed to such content, and that you will not save, share (including on social media), use, distribute, display, or otherwise make available any content that is in violation of laws.

1.9 Disclaimer and warranties. Perfect does not make any representations or warranties that the Outputted Content is accurate, reliable, correct or fit for any particular purposes. Perfect has no liability related to or arising from your use of AI Tool or Outputted Content. Perfect provides no warranties that you will be able to claim copyright ownership of any Outputted Content or that the Outputted Content will not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.

2.1 Payment. YouCam Muse acts as a gateway for you to purchase or subscribe online. Transactions that are initiated from YouCam Muse are actually completed on the Apple App Store for in-app purchase or completed by our authorized shopping cart vendor, such as Stripe for web purchase. In order to complete a purchase transaction, Apple App Store and the shopping cart vendor may collect personal information from you, including your credit card number. If you are interested in purchasing our Service through Apple App Store or the shopping cart vendor, please review the related terms of the respective stores.

2.2 Renewal. If you signed up for an auto-renewal of the subscription, you acknowledge that you are signing up to an auto-renewing subscription upon expiration of each cycle of your choice of subscription on your first use our Service, and you agree to pay the then-current applicable fee associated with the subscription of your choice.

2.3 Upgrade. If your current subscription plan is eligible for an upgrade option, please follow the rules provided by Apple App Stores (for in-app purchase) and our website (for web purchase) to upgrade your plan.

2.4 Refund. In case of any dispute or refund request arising from the transaction made through Apple App Stores, please contact the Mobile App Stores directly. 3.1 Use of Credits. Certain features of YouCam Muse are charged using the credits in your Account. Please note that credits are consumable. Once credits have been used in exchange for a specific feature, they cannot be reinstated or restored under any circumstances.

3.2 Types of Credits. We offer various types of credits for you to choose from:

3.2.1 Subscription credits. Perfect will provide you with a certain number of credits on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis, depending on your selected subscription plan. Credits are valid only for the applicable subscription period and will reset at the beginning of each new subscription period, provided that your subscription remains active. Any unused credits will expire at the end of the applicable subscription period and will not roll over to the next subscription period.

3.2.2 "Pay as you go" credits. "Pay as you go" credits are valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase. The expiration date is displayed on your profile page within the Service. “Pay as you go” Credits are available only to users with an active subscription plan, and purchases of "pay as you go" credits are final, non-refundable, and shall not be used for commercial purposes, except where otherwise explicitly stated.

3.2.3 Free credits. Perfect may provide you with a certain number of free credits upon registration with the Service or as part of promotional events organized by Perfect from time to time. Free credits shall not be used commercially and may be suspended at any time at Perfect's sole discretion.
