Integration of YouCam for Web
Why YouCam for Web isn’t working properly? I can’t access the camera to apply makeup.
To make sure the performance of YouCam for Web, please firstly make sure you’ve met the minimum requirements of YouCam for Web below.

Why the makeup effect can’t work? How does the code look like?

Please make sure you have a button or a link called “YMK.applyMakeupBySku” on your product’s frontend page.

The SKU ID in parentheses should be replaced programmatically with your SKU ID set up in console.

For example, the code of button click should look like this:

How long will YouCam for Web take when integrated as iframe on the webpage?

It depends on the internet bandwidth.

Generally, if you’re using Wi-Fi, it may take 5-7 seconds for the initial launch.
