By integrating Perfect’s virtual try-on and visualization APIs, CLOSET transforms the traditional shopping flow into an interactive styling experience. Consumers can experiment with outfits in real time, reducing uncertainty and increasing purchase confidence. For brands, this means higher conversion rates, lower return risk, and deeper engagement.

Second place and a $1,000 prize went to FitCast, developed by Haruto Kuroda.
FitCast is a mobile experience that combines real-time weather data with AI virtual try-on to deliver climate-appropriate outfit recommendations and smarter packing guidance. By pairing contextual intelligence with immersive visualization, the app solves a universal consumer problem: what to wear — and what to bring.
The result is a highly personalized, utility-driven shopping assistant that feels predictive rather than reactive. FitCast demonstrates how modular APIs can be layered with external data to create differentiated, intelligent fashion experiences.
